How can I increase flexibility in my knees?
I have knee problems due to tight muscles around and inside the knee area. I was wondering if they're stretches that can benefit the knees. Also is there stretches I can do for my ankles as well I have very tight ankle flexibility too and it hurts sometimes.Anybody know if anything beneficial I sure would appreciate it.

- stretch and do lots of squats
- I have recently done exercises for my knees due to dislocating one of them first you will need to stand against a flat wall or door and bend at the knees sliding yourself down the wall you could also get out a couple of books put a cloth over them and step up with one leg and down and then repeat with the other or try using the stairs up one down
- Physical Theraphy. It will help strenghten your muscles..
