Who played for the most franchises in MLB?

I made my debut at 18 years old and pitched until I was 42. Playing for a total of 12 franchises in my 22 year career. Who am I? Tie breaker for who gives my W-L record and ERA for my best season as well as my career W-L record and ERA. NY33 is getting the 10 points. Thanks for answering.
