Fast Food Franchises that have failed & McDonalds in Walmart?

I am trying to find some information about large fast food franchises that have failed ( Compared to McDonalds ) and any information about the McDonald's & Wal-Mart partnership... Anyone have any good sources of information on these two subjects? Best sources will get the best answer! Thanks in advance for any help.

1. While I'm not sure about the area that you are in, some of the bigger fast food franchises that have failed in Middle Tennessee are Judy's (was similar to Wendy's), Burger Queen, What-a-burger (although still operating in other areas), Bojangles Chicken, & Burger Chef all come to mind. As for McDonalds in WalMart, Mickey D's leases the space in the stores. Pizza Hut does the same thing in selected Target stores.
2. a hamburger joint called "Champs". founded by Muhammad Ali. We had one in Vrginia Beach back in the seventies.They tried to compete with McDonalds,tried to grow to fast to quick. Also if you had one of their burgers, you would see why they failed.
3. In Maine Quiznos are closing down everywhere. So apparently Quiznos is closing down and failing in Maine.
4. I seem to remember a place in New Jersey called "Gino's". This is back in the early eighties, maybe even late seventies. I think Gino Cappaletti(sp?), a former football player, opened this chain. I don't know if it was national, or regional, or what.
