What are all the monthly payments you make on a house?

I'm a first time home buyer the houses and I'm wondering are there any other payments to make on a house (not including utilities) besides the mortgage, property taxes, and the property insurance?

  1. well some are done per year or per six months instead. Water, sewer, garbage, city tax...
  2. Some people pay for garbage collection, I pay for on street parking. Some people have home owners' association fees. Sometimes townhouse owners have agreed to landscape maintainence and snow removal contracts.
  3. I pay in addition to mortgage- condo association fee (monthly), homeowner's association fee (quarterly), escrow, utilities, and insurance. Total $500-$600 monthly, in addition to the mortgage payment to my lender.
