Should I start making payments on a student loan that will possibly be paid when I graduate?

I have SC teacher loans and perkins loans. They have given me the option to start making payments now. Will this look good on my credit and application for a job?

  1. yes it will honestly it will help you out in life to.. people that wait to do loans forever, have it bite them in the ass when they have to pay it off for half of there life.
  2. Sure, you can claim it on your taxes. It is not mandatory to pay it back while attending school. It does not look any different on your creidt report unless you pay it off.
