What would general liability (250,000 policy) cost for a brand new painting business in Washington?

I'm looking for a ball park figure to see if this is do-able.

1. My husband and I have a painting company in Kentucky , we have a 500,000 policy and it cost us about 150.00 per month. What kills us is workmans comp. Thatcost us about 4500- 6000 per year.
2. If it's interior only, it's going to cost you about $1500 a year. Um, that's the same if you want a $250,000 limit, or a $1,000,000 limit. You're looking at a minimum premium here. None of the standard companies are going to take you, as you don't have three years insurance history, so you'll have to go to an independent agent who can put this out to the surplus lines market.
