How do I add other accounts to my online bank of America?

I've started using bank of america online but I opened up a new checking and a credit card. How do I add these accounts to my online banking? I've tried for weeks can anyone help?

1. Try calling or emailing the customer service line. Generally email will be less frustrating, but it may take slightly longer.
2. That's not something that you can do on your own. If you call in and speak with the Online Banking Department they can add those account to your Overview for you. Hope this helps!
