I missed my arbitration date by mistake, How can I get my case appealed in California?

Contractor issue. I showed up by mistake the next day instead of the day before. Arbitrator has already rendered his award to the complainant,. I had the chance to prove my case it would not have happenned. My mistake I showed up a day late.

1. I think you missed out, you have to make those meetings, they don't get second chances unless you were to call before and let them know you couldn't make it. Sorry
2. Contact an attorney immediately! That is your only hope, and that is slim. Sorry.
3. There's not much you can do. It's kind of like an election. If you forget to vote, they don't let you do it the next day. I'm assuming you had adequate notice of the hearing date. IF that is so, and there is no other reason to attempt to vacate the award, you may be SOL.
